1. Long Spring Nut
Cat Van Loi’s Long Spring Nut meets the Safety Loading Test standard by Quatest 3 – Vietnam. It is manufactured from galvanized steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, and stainless steel SUS304. The DGLX series covers thread rod sizes from M6 to M16, with galvanized steel product codes DGLX06 to DGLX16, H.D.G steel product codes DGLX06NN to DGLX16NN, and SUS304 product codes DGLX06I to DGLX16I.
Installation instructions for the spring anchor into the unistrut follow four steps: Spring Nut, Insert, Twist, and Secure.
2. Hex Bolt
The Hex Bolt is manufactured from galvanized steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, and stainless steel SUS304. Two types are available: Bulong Hex Flange Bolt and Square Neck Bolt. The BL series covers sizes from M6 to M16, with product codes BL06, BL08, BL10, BL12, and BL16.
3. Spring Washer/Fender Washer/Hex Nut
The Spring Washer, Fender Washer, and Hex Nut are manufactured from galvanized steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, and stainless steel SUS304, covering sizes from M6 to M16. The LDV series covers Spring Washers, the LD series covers Fender Washers, and the TAN series covers Hex Nuts, all with product codes running from size M6 to M16.
