Cat Van Loi is proud to provide G.I. (Galvanized Steel) conduit systems that are UL Listed and comply with rigorous international standards, ensuring optimum safety and durability for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

American Standard Conduit Systems (ANSI/UL)
- EMT (Electrical Metallic Tubing): A thin-wall, threadless steel conduits complying with ANSI C 80.3 / UL 797 standards. Available in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″, ideal for areas with light mechanical impact.
- IMC (Intermediate Metal Conduit): A medium-weight, threaded steel conduits complying with ANSI C 80.6 / UL 1242. It offers a perfect balance between weight and protection.
- RSC (Rigid Steel Conduit): Heavy-wall rigid steel conduits with high impact resistance, complying with ANSI C 80.1 / UL 6 standards. Typically used in harsh environments or hazardous locations.

British, International & Japanese Standard Systems
- BS 31 & BS 4568 Steel Conduits: Steel conduits manufactured in accordance with BS 4568 and BS 31, categorized into Class 3 (Pre-galvanized) and Class 4 (Hot-dip galvanized).
- JIS Standard Steel Conduits: Including Type E threadless conduits (JIS C 8305 Type E), Type C threaded, and heavy-wall Type G threaded conduits (JIS C 8305 Type G).
- International Standard (IEC): Conduits meeting IEC 61386 – 21 requirements, catering to the strict demands of multinational projects.
Stainless Steel Conduit
- For environments requiring high hygiene standards or exceptional corrosion resistance, Cat Van Loi provides Stainless Steel conduits (SUS304) according to ASTM E 1086 – 14. These are available in both Plain and Threaded types.

Superior Surface Protection Technology
Products are treated with two primary technologies:
-
Class 3 (Pre-galvanized): Average coating ≤ 20 microns, optimized for indoor installation.
-
Class 4 (Hot-dip galvanized): Minimum coating thickness ≥ 45 microns (per ASTM A123), durable for outdoor, humid, or coastal environments.
